The Phone Customer Services Center has an automated phone system to access information about public assistance programs. People already receiving aid can use the system to access benefit information, request forms, and report changes to their case. Call 1 (888) 421-8080 for public assistance information 24/7. Help clients access information with the Automated Information System Guide (English and en Español).
To better support our customers, the County of Santa Cruz Department of Human Services Phone Customer Service Center is changing its hours of operation. Starting Friday, February 1st, 2019, the Phone Customer Service Center will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Walk-in hours at 1020 Emeline Ave. Santa Cruz, CA and 18 W. Beach St. Watsonville, CA remain the same, 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.
We look forward to continuing to serve the public during the new hours of operation.
