Choose from the Phone Menu Options to get the help you need. You will also be able to talk to a worker if the automated phone system does not fit your needs.
Any Worker who answers the Benefits Call Center line will be able to help you immediately. Your case number or Social Security Number will help the Call Center staff serve you more quickly.
Courtesy Phones located in the Application Center lobbies will connect you directly to the Benefits Call Center.
Appointments available under certain conditions, you will also be able to make an appointment to see an Eligibility Worker at the Application Center nearest your home. Call Center staff will assist with the scheduling of appointments.
