Permanency

Our permanency team works hard to ensure that each child served in the child welfare system, if it is determined that they cannot return safely to their home, will ultimately get placed in safe, stable and permanent home to grow and thrive in.

Permanency options include adoption, legal guardianship, or longer-term placements with relatives or non-relatives, and the Fostering Connections to Success program that supports transition age youth up to age 21.
