Become an adoptive or foster parent to a child in need.

Each year in our community over 250 children are removed from their families due to abuse and neglect. While many children are able to safely return home, many cannot.

You can help by either providing a loving temporary foster or permanent adoptive home to a child need. Teens and sibling groups are especially in need.

Four Ways to Change a Life

  1. Be a Foster Parent and open your heart and home to a child in need.  Training is available.
  2. Be an Adoptive Parent and provide a permanent, loving home to a foster child through adoption.
  3. Be a Court Appointed Special Advocate to advocate for a foster child's best interests inside and outside of the courtroom. Call (831) 761-2956.
  4. Be a Donor and help fill the void my making a monetary donation to the Youth Resource Bank by calling (831) 689-9609. Or you can join the Foster Parent Association, call (831) 426-9673.
