The IHSS Public Authority contracts with a local non-profit agency, Senior Network Services, to provide an IHSS Registry of care providers that screens and matches home care providers with the unique service needs of the elderly, dependent adults, and disabled children who require assistance to enable them to continue to live independently and remain safely in their homes. When an IHSS consumer is in need of a care provider, their IHSS social worker will refer them for Registry services.
