Palo Alto VA Medical Outreach Team

The Palo Alto VA Medical Outreach Team provides services at 1040 Emeline Ave., Building E, on the first floor, every non-holiday Wednesday from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 1:15 to 3:00 pm.

The clinic parks in the lot across the street from the second floor entrance to 1400 Emeline Avenue. Appointments are not required. If you have not enrolled in the VA Healthcare System before please bring your DD 214 or, if you served during WW II, your official report of separation from active duty.
